Why doesn’t CoD let you rejoin ranked matches?

I don’t get why CoD doesn’t let a player rejoin a ranked match if they get disconnected or crash…

Especially since BO7 isn’t especially known for its amazing servers and stability…I play on PC and lately I’ve been crashing a lot and I ended up losing 50 SR because of it. All my drivers are updated, I have a 4080 GTX card, more than capable of running much more demanding games, bench tested my WiFi everything is good and runs fine on every other game I play. So I’m getting pushed for BO7 sh*tty servers and I can’t even rejoin a game, literally ever other competitive game lets you rejoin a game expect CoD.

Some of my quick detailer spilled out the bottle and it stained my seat, the coloring seems to be completely baked into my seat…any advice on removing the stain? Or would I need to redye this part of my seat? Any advice is much appreciated.
