Which used bike to choose from this

So I have shortlisted these bikes to drive it for a short period of time. Maximum 1 year i would drive this. Here is the confusion. I need a good city bike which does the thing. Nothing fancy. And also I need a good fuel friendly bike as well. Yes I know the duke and maybe the cbr are not that great of a commuter bike but still my heart says buy either one of them. I'm so confused right now which bike to buy. The budget is 50k but i can stretch a bit. Need your suggestion guys

Need suggestions please help

I'm new to Bangalore. I have a tvs raider 125 back in my home town in Tamil Nadu. Will there be any problem if i ride a TN registered bike in Bangalore? My father suggested that I should buy a second hand KA registered bike to ride here. I already searched about this and everyone gave mixed suggestions. TIA

Reality check - need suggestions

2026 passed out. Didn't get placed. Tier 3. It's been 2 months. Didn't do anything in these 2 months. I want to move out of my home. I can't really concentrate on anything.

Now my plan is to go to Bangalore and join some IT institute and study there. I know this is not worth it but i really want to move out of my house. Parents are pretty supportive. I have time till December to get a job. I'm leaning towards the backend development.

Is it possible to get a job in 6 months if i maintain consistency? And also please suggest how to stay focused. My mindset is like if i do this on this date then I will start studying. How to overcome this? I'm just lying to myself everyday. TIA
