Why is this serum all over my feed. I wasn't even searching for it. Has anybody used it? Is it that good or just another hype

I had really high hopes on this one considering how hyped and how expensive this is. But boy it was a disappointment. I have extremely dry skin and I usually use a gel cream after my toner or emulsion as a splash of hydratuon before serums. But this just sits on the face and takes time to absorb. Provides no hydration compared to other watery creams less than half it's price. Complete waste of money on this one

Seven days late. Had to send several mails. Fightm threaten..customer service is crap as usual. Finally agreed to refund but only "when they receive the package back". I reminded them multiple times that its not a return. So I shouldn't have to wait for refund depending on where there product is. Deaf ears. It's like talking to monkeys.

I was about to raise a dispute on my credit card and launch a consumer complain and suddenly they pop up with delivery.

Insane..the only way this stupid company is still alive is because they have some products that other sites don't keep. And to think i am a platinum prive customer.. zero difference.

Second purchase of this essence. Definitely the best one in market for my dry sensitive skin. How's this toner? With the size of it ..when will this ever get over 😆
