This is most of my week at a glance (I left out the 4th of July because we don’t talk about that lol) but I’m just now learning calorie deficits and tracking. Are the preset goals in my app pretty realistic? I feel like 222-321g carbs is high for weight loss and I for the life of me cannot figure out how to cut back on sodium it seems impossible.

I would like someone who is more experienced tell me what I actually should be reaching for my daily goals and what would maybe work better for me.. I literally don’t know how to diet or what I should be eating anymore. This whole process has been mentally and physically exhausting. I see why so many people quit.. but I want to learn!

28yr Female
290lbs (starting weight 297)
Maintenance calories 2700
Pre-Diabetic
PCOS w/ insulin resistances & hormonal imbalance
On Wegovy Week 4
Goal weight 145lbs
Workout 3-4x a week at a gym, plus at home workouts.

This was my first time injecting in my stomach and I just happen to record it because I want to document progress, I’ve shortened and cropped it to share on here but there was so much leakage idk if I even got any in! There was a puncture hole in my skin afterwards but as you see in the video so much drained out when I pulled the pen away.

This was my 3rd 0.25mg dose of wegovy, I take one more .25 then start on .50mg afterwards… will it still be safe for me to dose up if I have “missed” this weeks dose? Also any tips for stomach injection? I had such a hard time keeping grip! I feel like I should have sat down and maybe it would have been easier.
