Thankyou to those who responded previously and here is a video of the car revving slightly. ( I want to add that the car has spark plugs that are were for the tune it previously had, roughly a 50hp difference. But it is currently on the stock ECU. Could that possibly be the cause of the noise?) Also it has 5w30 in it currently but I have heard people reccomend 5w40. Why?

I want to preface this by saying I am not very mechanically inclined.

This video shows how this 2004 95 arc sounds idling. If anyone with some better ears can give it a listen and let me know if everything sounds right or if there's something I should be worried about please let me know.
