PUMP Act Violation

I would like to know if anyone else has gone through this and what the outcome has been. For starters, my job has a lactation room. It has a door. The door has a lock, however, the lock is disabled. Inside of the room has two stalls, only covered by curtains. Back in February, a cleaning person opened the curtain on me while pumping. I had immediately opened a case with HR about this and no changes have been made. I still work around the cleaning lady and it makes me very uncomfortable still. Shortly after this incident, I had taken a psychiatrist approved mental health leave of absence. I have proof of my documented case and video/photo of the current room set up, and showing the lock is disabled. I have been trying to find an attorney to help with this but I have so far received 3 no’s. One was fully reviewed but they claim they just don’t have the time my case deserves, but acknowledged that I have faced unfair work practices. Another one was straight up “it’s not worth it”. The third, was just a simple decline. I truly feel like I have a strong case but so far nobody has wanted to help me :(

EDIT: I work at a trillion dollar company, which I feel like is my biggest obstacle.

What’s the chances of becoming PA if your performance is decent, but attendance currently is ehh. I haven’t gone negative, but I have missed some days or taken VTO, but I have been here for 3+ years and I am bored. I need to pick up the pace

My site is getting rid of eswag. They were just asking us in January for ideas to add to the eswag store. I feel like they’re taking away one of the few things that people enjoy having
