Hasa client here.

Hello there. I have a hasa voucher and I'm looking for an apartment, specifically 1 bedroom. I am looking for mainly queens and brooklyn, but open to the bronx and Staten Island. Manhattan is my absolute LAST choice. I am ALREADY HOUSED in an apartment. My last apartment building was sold without my knowledge, forcing me into the unit I am in now. I was told to wait a year to begin the search and have been searching for almost a year since I'm not in a shelter and brokers want thousands 😢. So again, no I'm not in a shelter. I have incone, good credit, no criminal history (never been arrested), clean driving background, rental references from my current landlord. I'm also a quiet person with only half a handful of friends who are busy, so I'm not the partying type. I actually wear my headphones inside most of the time. I'm definitely the neighborly type, as they all love me and have elected me the unofficial package holder when people aren't home. And I also have 2 cats if that's ok. Please if I seem like a good fit (which I sincerely hope with these credentials I have lol), that you see fit to message me and get the ball rolling.

Although I'm here for an extension of any subway to the island, there seems to be a large percentage of people who DON'T want the subway, who don't want new development to the island, or any sort of change at all. So is staten island really to against change?? Do they honestly think that a subway extenion would drastically change the island immediately?? What're your thoughts....

I get these like once or twice a year, and have been since 2017. Tbh, should've been had a cam, but after being deactivated in march for false claims in which thankfully I was exonerated because I already take pics of every order, I'm getting a video camera for maximum assurance.

Which song of hers is it where she shouts in the beginning "it'ssssss showwwwww timeeeeee". It has like an indy ir middle eastern vibe too it. Definitely catchy. I asked google, but it kept going back to her actual song "showtime". So I need help identifying the song because I know I used to listen to it, and her saying it's showtimeeee in the beginning was my favorite line. PLEASE HELP 😫😫!!

Saw this at Saratoga after a weekend of closures 2 weeks ago, and forgot to post about it. What is it?

Just curious... Did the tsunami wave of crime, violence, and criminals wash over the island yet when it was guaranteed it would 🤔?? I remember throngs of people packed into a ST2 meeting YEARS AGO, yammering on about how the train would bring a wave of crime, violence, and criminals the likes of which the island has never before seen (yuck, I hate saying this statement these days lol). Never mind already being accessible by bus already as well as connected by the interstate. The point of my sassy mouthed post is that expanding transit is always an uphill battle against the same minority of NIMBY's who leverage their voices to spew fear mongering to others about how trains bring crime and violence. Obviously, we know there are situations that happen on transit. But crime doesn't need a train to do what it intends on doing. Even though this isn't the first rail station in what's considered a "nice area", I hope this station serves as an example to future projects in nice area's against NIMBY's who use the crime narrative as pushback because they just don't like rail transit..... any sort of change in general, or wind turbines 🤣!!
