I don't think this is too crazy of a theory. I think this because on Twitter her user is "Jane Remover" in quotes, which could be hinting at the album, and also on Twitter she hinted that JR4 will be a combination of all her past eras. It would make sense for this to be a self titled album for that reason imo.
