Went to farro bcz friends wanted to try a NEW place - ended up eating Dhaba food at extremely high prices and very small quantity

That ONE PIECE of what they called a CHAPALI KEBAB was ₹655, and it was SO DRY. 😭 it came with a roti which was honestly mid and some hung curd thing

Grilled peas and labneh! MAN. 😭 I hate methi matar malai, and apparently, this dish is a take on it. BLAND. SO, SO BLAND. I CAN’T. 😭😭 again a yogurt / curd situation

Rajma cannoli was basically rajma stuffed in a papad, served on DAHI. Not sure what version of “Delhi ke Rajma” it was supposed to remind me of. 😭 and another curd / yogurt overdose

And lastly, a 21-layer cottage cheese slab in a coconut-Thai curry with flaky paratha. 😭😭😭
After eating three very basic, thoroughly average dishes, THIS was the saviour. FINALLY, SOMETHING THAT WASNT CURD / YOGURT and actual flavours. 😭

Skip if you want a satisfying meal.

What is this approach of stereotyping Pune by saying it's "such a POONA thing" to ask for discounts at restaurants?

I genuinely don't understand why simply asking for a discount is looked down upon. As a restaurant owner, you're absolutely free to politely decline. The customer can then decide whether they still want to dine there or not. That's how transactions work.

Sandeep at least left it at that, but Nicky from Daily went a step further by labeling it as a "Poona thing." Honestly, who are these people constantly asking for discounts at your restaurants? I'm a regular at Daily myself, but hearing locals being stereotyped like this is a bit of a turn-off. I wonder if 75% people are even rechecking the bill let alone ask for discounts or take the service tax off in daily or tsuki. Entitled much!

No wonder you often come across complaints about Tsuki's staff being rude to guests. If this is the attitude at the top, it's not surprising that people feel it reflects in the service culture.

Then later, Karan mentioned that going out to restaurants has become a form of validation and that many people in Poona are dining out just to be seen. But isn't that also a part of what drives the hospitality industry? Restaurants don't just sell food, they also sell an experience, ambience, and social appeal.

Generalizing an entire city's people over a few interactions feels unnecessary. Pune deserves better than being reduced to stereotypes.

Trust me, this isn't a "how dare you say that about Pune" conversation. It's about the dismissive and ungrateful way you're speaking about the very people who walk through your doors every day. These aren't just "Punekars" they're your customers, the people who choose to spend their money at your restaurants. A little more respect wouldn't hurt.

He actually proposed and it’s not just for the show

It became very obvious very quickly that they are essentially playing dress-up while collecting a paycheck. Nothing about them felt organic or authentic. It felt more like they are performing curated versions of themselves rather than actually being themselves.

And honestly, the styling did not help either. The hair, makeup, and outfits were overwhelmingly tacky. OTT can be glamorous, dramatic, and fun without crossing into outright bad styling.

What stood out even more was how out of place Karan and Teja seemed within that circle. They never naturally blended into the group dynamic, which made their presence feel more strategic than genuine. It almost felt like TejRan were brought in primarily for audience pull and viewership value rather than because they fit the show organically.

I was completely rage-baited throughout 6 episodes! That’s the whole purpose of the show and they served😂

What made it worse for me is that I was already disappointed watching Karan casually laugh along with wife jokes, divorce jokes, and cheating jokes earlier in LC, and this show just amplified that disappointment even more.

Which is why Teja visibly feeling uncomfortable or upset about Karan spending time around certain problematic men honestly came across as valid.

The proposal itself felt sudden and slightly abrupt, but it was still undeniably sweet. And at the end of the day, TejRan are finally engaged 😌 anth bhala toh sab bhala. ❤️❤️

What in the wasteland is this place?????? A plastic container for every single order. Even the spoons and plates were disposable. I was genuinely shook by the amount of waste they must be generating every hour. For the prices they charge, they can absolutely afford reusable plates, cutlery, and staff to wash them.

We ordered the Changezi Chicken, Angara Chicken Shawarma, Dynamic Tangdi, Zaatar Naan, and Hummus.

•	Changezi Chicken — good enough that we ordered it twice

•	Angara Chicken Shawarma — good, would recommend

•	Zaatar Naan & Hummus — disappointing; the hummus lacked flavour and honestly tasted more like besan

•	Dynamic Tangdi — bad, had a weird cardboard-like aftertaste

Our bill came to ₹2098 for 5 food items, 1 Diet Coke, 2 Sprites, and 1 water bottle, which felt unnecessarily expensive for the overall experience.

Overall, very overrated.
