Im hoping you might be able to assist with some recent issues I'm having with my robot mower, which has worked flawlessly since it's purchase in April 2025.
Yesterday it wondered over the boundary line and reported that it had become stuck (on flat ground). When I asked it to return to the charging station it would just shuffle about and spin around. Trying to drive manually wouldn't work, it didn't seem to be able to drive forwards, just spin on its axis.
I powered the unit off and returned it to within 50cm of the charging station and powered on, asking it to return home and it wouldn't do so. I manually placed the mower inside the charging station and it would charge.
Today I've had the following error codes; 3101, 6113, 6112 and 6103. There is nothing trapped in the mower, it has excellent GPS signal reported through the app and the base station and antenna have not been moved or interfered with in any way. The base station has constant power.
