What are some of your favorite eat this, not that foods?

I'm always on the prowl for healthier versioma of the foods I crave.

Some of my favorite substitutions include using good thin crackers in place of tortilla chips, sauté with bouillon instead of oil, mix frozen berries with plain, non fat yogurt instead of sugary or fatty yogurts, Outshine Bars (no sugar added) instead of ice cream bars, Halo Top ice cream instead of Ben & Jerry's. Salsa or hummus as dressing instead of oil.
