Copilot completely forgot the old memories! Copilot only remembers the new ones, but not the old ones that are LITERALLY SAVED. Why and how can I fix this?

When you ask copilot to remember something, it usually does and shows the "Memory saved" thing, right? Well, I'm asking it to remember one of my characters in a fictional group i've been creating and, well... It won't show it sometimes, and it doesn't even appear in memory! Pls help
