Hello all, I did a at home sleep study and got my results today. I got diagnosed with mild sleep apnea. I honestly thought I was going to be somewhere between moderate to severe. I should be getting my CPAP hopefully within the next couple of weeks. Does it make a difference even if I thought I was gonna be at a higher level? Sorry if it sounds dumb.
