Hey Bitches! I have now been job searching for a whole year (shout out to my job seeking bitches!) and I’m clearly doing something wrong. I have been in the service industry for 15 years and I want out! I’ve looked for jobs as every type of assistant, estate jobs, tour jobs, event jobs, reception jobs, and everything else you can think of. I speak conversational spanish, I am excellent with people and am very discreet, I have a ton of past mgmt experience and I am a great coworker.
What websites are y’all using? What are your keywords? I will do almost any job in the DMV.
Has anyone had recent success leaving the restaurant industry?

Hello! We live in Washington, DC, zone 7b. A few years ago my friend’s redbud almost completely died but sprouted this smaller red bud bush looking treelet. It had been doing great until the last couple of days. it’s almost as if half of it has died? We recently had a late frost but it’s a tree so I’m not sure that would do it? Another note is the dogwood in the neighbor’s yard also looks to be struggling? No other plants seem to be affected nearby.
Any insight would be great! thank you so much!
ETA: the dogwood is visible behind the fence in the second picture.
