My family (CROCE, CROSSE, CROSE) is looking for the birth certificate of our ancestor.

I have been searching “FIORAVANTE CROCE” for it for almost a decade, and since I began researching our family history, I have encountered variations in the family records because the surname was not recorded correctly for some of the Italian immigrant’s children.

We do not know exactly where he was born. Some relatives have mentioned Cremona, Turin, Piedmont, Armeno, and other locations. However, we do have documentation showing that he departed from Genoa and arrived in Argentina in 1887 at the age of 29. He married Manuela Roman Basan in Paraguay, in 1888, and the records continue from there.

I have also found records for other individuals named Fioravante Croce, but they do not appear to be our ancestor because their ages and the corresponding dates do not match the timeline we have established.

I have conducted extensive research through FamilySearch, but we do not have his passport or any other definitive identity document. In my opinion, the case is complicated, but if there is anything that can be done to identify his place of birth and locate his birth certificate, we would be extremely grateful for the assistance.

Any information regarding the cost of genealogical research would also be greatly appreciated. My brother has sent many emails to different archives and research organizations. Some relatives believe that our ancestor was born in a place referred to as the AVO, while others have told us that the records were destroyed in a fire and that only records dating from around 1920 onward are available. This was discouraging, but we would very much like to continue searching.

Edit: On his death certificate that he was from Milan, but it doesn’t mention anything about his date of birth, only his date of death.

The 200$ Verizon gift card

Hello, excuse me for using a translator.

I bought an iPhone 17 pro with the $200 gift card promotion, it's been 65 days and I still don't see my gift card anywhere, this Verizon is a bad joke.

They who are a billionaire company don't care about you, they only care about making money.

I have been on the phone with customer service in total like 6 hours in 3 calls that are supposedly 24 hours and no one solves the problem, they have sent me to the store, I have gone to store 4 stores and customer service supposedly tells me that I have to call, this is a customer abuse.

It's not for the money, it's to save a few dollars but they always lie everywhere, I've been a Verizon customer for 8 years and these last few years have gotten a lot worse.

After 8 years I hope to find something better but I don't think they exist because everyone lies in their own way.

In rebate center my code does not appear, I do not receive any email either in spam or anywhere, I can not imagine that they have scammed millions of people with a simple panel of "buy a device and we give you a $200 gift card"
