How do I fix my problem/bug of my character being stuck in a community park, unable to move and unable to press buttons

Hi, my name is Gustav, I'm brazilian, and I don't know how to write a title that's explicit enough so that if someone goes through this situation, they'll find this post, because it was very difficult to solve. I couldn't find anyone who had solved this online.
Well, I've tried many things, my game starts with the menu open, including if there's an option to disable this, PLEASE DO NOT DISABLE IT. I tried teleporting to a bus stop and it didn't work, I tried teleporting to the island and I couldn't.
I also tried asking EA for help and obviously didn't receive any help. And analyzing the game settings, I saw one that is responsible for collisions between players who belong to the same party. I activated it and asked a friend to activate it as well, and by doing this we managed to avoid collisions when meeting, kicking, falling on top of each other, and then I asked my friend to join my party and start kicking me to see what would happen... This part is important: He has to kick you all the way out of the community park, at least past the stairs, preferably out on the street.
After that, close the game, if the menu is still open (including the group tab, you can see your friend doing the process), exit the game normally, otherwise, hard reset, turn off the video game or on the PC by pressing Alt+F4
