Hello everyone, ive seen a lot of people including me get this error or similar to this:

The fix for me was simply

1. Uninstalling VIA revo uninstaller
2. deleting all files assocaited afterwards using revo uninstaller
   THIS TIME:
3. extracting the exe to a folder (last time i did it directly ran the exe from the ZIP instead of extracting, and my friend did the same and the fix worked for him aswell) and run it as normal. it should in theory work, as it did for me and my friend who run 2 entirely different setups and i hope this problem would be fixed for you.

If its still not fixed, we just have to wait for the developers to announce a fix. But till then, lets all just be patient.
However, Kudos to Sap for making this for us :D it works perfectly.

PS: I am not a dev, I just found this fix and I do not know much about coding, it just worked for me and i decided to post about it.

as you can see, all works as intended.

Not asking the skybound devs or anyone in specific, I'm just asking about the community's idea on this.

What if someone could get the wasm to reverse engineer or work on the asobo atr?

The simplaza 787 for msfs2020 surprisingly works on msfs2024 and even has simbrief integration (which the msfs2024 version does not)

So, I tried it with the atr, only to be met with "WASM MODULE NOT FOUND"

I tried everything but couldnt get it to work, but with that being said I am no where near experienced in this deep level of coding or knowledge, I just tried replacing the files to see if it works or changed the locations of the files.

So what if, theoretically, someone could reverse engineer or get the 2020 wasm to work on 2024 just like in the 787? Or is the sdk entirely different and the 787 just got lucky to work?

I'm sorry in advance if this is a stupid question, and no this is not a request for releasing an addon, I am simply asking the community for feedback or someone knowledgeable to advice/do it in their free time voluntarily.

Due to current RAM prices refusing to come back down, and building a PC now seemingly requiring three kidneys instead of one, my roommate and I decided it makes more sense to share a gaming PC.

Our schedules are basically opposite. He's a night owl and usually goes to sleep around the time I wake up (7 AM), so we'd almost never be using it at the same time.

We're planning either a $750 build (split 50/50) or buying a used PC.

The only thing holding me back is FACEIT.

I currently play on a laptop that barely manages 160 FPS, so I was really looking forward to finally playing on a proper desktop. I recently found out my roommate also used to play FACEIT. He was a casual Level 4-5 player before he stopped playing about a year ago when we moved into the dorm. His account is currently unranked and would probably place around Level 2-3 now.

I'm around Level 6-7, roughly 500 Elo higher than where he used to be.

My concern is whether FACEIT could detect two different accounts being used on the same PC and flag or ban one or both of us? Living in a country where money is really scarce, it's impossible for us to afford our own personal computers.

We are able to verify at any given time (both IDs are verified) in case a Smurf detection does happen, but I am more or less concerned about the flag or ban it may receive.

Has anyone been in a similar situation? Is sharing a PC with a roommate safe for FACEIT, or is there a real risk of getting banned?

Hello everyone, I was a 5600G and a 4060 user for around 2.5 years. I recently upgraded to a 5070ti (panic bought it tbh since only ONE was in stock in my entire country, maybe a dumb move?) and its getting severely bottlenecked. I am using 32 GB of DDR4 Ram, and looking at my current situation in my country (where theyre taking full advantage of the current crisis) it is not possible for me to upgrade to DDR5 yet. I am wondering which CPU I should get, though the answer may be a 5700x3d or a 5800x3d, none of them are in stock in my country and I dont plan on switching to intel. How does a 5800x fit my build then? or any other processors I shall try looking for?

P:S I called every store and they had no 5800x3d nor 5700x3d's in stock.
