My client said its only been on there for 2 weeks. I thought it was hard water so I tried a hard water remover (carpro spotless 2.0) and literally nothing changed. I thought maybe there was a chance it was paint so I also tried a tar remover and nothing happened. Any ideas what this is and how I can get it off?
