Can I pls get Esme

Can I pls get Esme

Hello, everyone! This is my first request here since the Vbucks changes and just trying my luck. I've always wanted Esme when she was released, but I didn't really have any VBucks during that time, and now she's back, and I still don't have enough VBucks due to the fact that Epic decided to nerf the amount you can get on the battle pass. I would really appreciate it if I manage to get her.

15M - Small, mobile supraclavicular node found while searching; history of "shotty" nodes. 67kg and 5'10.

Background:

I have a long history (dating back to preschool) of lymph nodes swelling during minor illnesses (fevers, toothaches, etc.) that shrink afterward but never fully disappear. I have several small, permanent, "shotty" nodes on my head, submental area, and neck that have been stable for years.

Current Concern:

A few months ago, I began "searching" for nodes and eventually found one in my right supraclavicular (above collarbone) area.

Discovery: I had to hunt for it for days; it is not visible to the eye.

Size/Texture: It is small, soft, and very mobile (wiggles under the skin). It is not hard or rubbery.

Changes: It has not grown since I found it.

Other "Lumps": I also found "wire-like" structures near my inner elbow (epitrochlear area) that harden/disappear when I move my arm, which I suspect might be tendons or nerves.

Symptoms:

I have no "B-symptoms" (no night sweats, no unexplained weight loss, no persistent fevers). I feel generally healthy.

Question:

Given my history of reactive nodes that stay palpable for years, how concerning is a small, soft, mobile node in the supraclavicular hollow that I had to intentionally search for? Can I safely monitor this once a week, or is the location alone enough to require immediate imaging?
