Kryonik hat zum beispiel auch keine wirklich vorweisbaren Erfolge... aber im vergleich zu Homöopathie ist das Konzept deutlich plausibler, wenn man für das eine Krankenkassengeld raushaun darf dann doch bitte auch für das andere

rough concept, though while i can figure out the concept of a light gas gun in principle I'm not as familiar with different gun reload/semi auto mechanisms
but for a near future world its slightly closer to plausible than railguns which basically need buildings full of electronics to run and as fun as they can be they seem to be the goto for scifi snipers
alternatively reloading every piece manually could make for some badass shots narratively replacing the chargeup time on a railgun
