Looking for your suggestions as to where the best phat Thai in Seattle can be found. I'm talking hella fish sauce, palm sugar, dried shrimp, spices, all flash fried in an ancient wok over an 80,000 btu burner that howls like a jet turbine. More southern style than northern but open to suggestions.
