Seeing as Vanguard just released their outgoing transfer lock-down yesterday, do you think Schwab will feel the need to match?

Yes we know it will execute at the next open market price, sometimes I just need the order in and I don’t mind any volatility at the open. Sgov isn’t going to move much and I’m working during market hours.

Should point out that schwab’s new fractional share trading allows off hours orders, please consider the same!
