Is this a fossil? If so what is it?
I found this whilst rock pooling. It’s hard and heavy and feels the broken edges look like stone but it’s such a weird shape? Found in the UK, south coast

Constipation
I feel like I’ve been constipated for months now especially the last month. I’m making sure to eat fibre, drink lots of water but nothings helping. What can I do??

ttg IgA levels
Hi guys, I had my ttg iga levels tested in September 2025 and they came back as 128 which is obviously very high and strongly suggested coeliac. Since then I have only been eating weetabix in the morning as I wasn’t sure what sort of tests I’d be having so didn’t want to completely stop eating gluten and I’ve just had my ttg tested again and it’s already come down to 33 in just 9 months.
I decided not to go ahead with a biopsy due to anxiety and it being practically impossible for me but it does mean I’m a litttttle but paranoid that it wasn’t ever coeliac?
Is that reduction in my levels normal in a short amount of time? I thought it’d take years

Back and rib ache???
Hi guys, last night I got glutened and that was obvious a couple of hours later as my stomach ballooned! But this morning I’ve woken up and it really aches under my ribs and my back too. Is this part of being glutened?? Or something totally different

Advice for adding fish?
Hi everyone. The other day I created a little wildlife pond at my allotment but I want to add some little fish. And I mean really small and only 2 of them. But I want to make sure I don’t kill them… But I do also want this pond to attract frogs and newts and anything else that wants to visit. Can fish and wildlife go together?
So far in my pond it’s got some broken terracotta pot pieces, fish pond gravel at the bottom, some rocks up the side, I’ve ordered a Solar Pond Aerator Pond Air Pump and 4 plants:
Marsh marigold
Chinese ground orchid
Red stemmed p. Feather
Indian tooth up
I’d really appreciate any advice!

I’ve been experimenting with a (slightly) more limited colour palette recently and also felt inspired by David Attenboroughs up coming 100th birthday!
