Do cheekbones (zygoma) get lost / left behind comparatively when the maxilla is advanced?
Or
Do the cheekbones look better due to soft tissue being pulled forward by the maxilla advancement?
I've been playing this for years but recently it's stopped saving my progress.
I've trouble shot in these ways:

Another weird thing to note is that upon booting it up it asks if I'm missing the disc (which I'm not). But after I cancel out of that prompt, I'm still able to boot up the game.
When the disc it out, it won’t start… which makes sense… but also confirms that it can read the disc when I do put it in.
Also, it saves my progress until I turn the XBox off. Even if I go back to XBox main and come back, it saves for that period of time.
It also permanently saves if I change levels, but not the progress gained from them!

I have a medical need for jaw surgery. I've seen and am choosing between 5-6 ortho options and 3 surgeon options right now. So, I actually don't need much more input regarding the medical implications of my situation.
But while I'm getting the surgery, I may as well make myself look good, right?!?
Now, obviously, I will get some aesthetic benefit simply by improving the health of my facial structure...
But I'm also wondering if there's any sort of "aesthetic coach" I can go to, to help guide me on things like:
- How much maxillary projection will it take to noticeably improve my midface when looking straight on (not just from the side profile)?
- How much maxillary projection is too much?
- How much zygomatic expansion (a side effect of the MARPE, which expands the palate) will it take to make my face truly look broader?
- Should I worry about clockwise rotation making my face look longer?
While doctors are helpful regarding these questions, they shy away from being too prescriptive on aesthetics as they're, understandably, more focused on the health implications!
I mean... what kind of person do celebrities consult with before they do these types of procedures?
