Unreal repair job
It looks like they dismantled what was left of my bag, inserted new fabric, kept repairing it as they reassembled. Really amazing work. All under warranty including 2-way shipping. Love it!

Trouble downloading
Hi - I have been downloading some records from my Plex server recently gearing up for some time offline - I find that at work I almost never get the whole record, maybe just half the tracks, and it takes a while - at home I get the whole record quickly - is that just a reflection of my home internet upload speed? The win10 computer running my server is 12 years old and very creaky but I don't think I can blame this on the computer?

android photo picker/OI share/date
generally I take pix on my camera, oi.share them to my phone, then might text to someone or post - starting this week, android photo picker cannot access the oi.share folder inside the DCIM folder on my phone anymore ... but I have been able to find those files if I search by date within the google photo app. However, for whatever reason, my oi.share photos are showing up as December 1969 (yet still tagged with correct current date too). Why would that be, where is December 1969 coming from? (included picture to show date is correct on the camera). Appreciate any insight!

My bag has a lot of miles on it over 27 yrs, just got the paperwork to send it in. They only offered one photo to show damage so I went for the biggest hole, the blown out corner. I guess they will send me back a quote or something when I get to it but the other corner isn't super great anyway and I would like to get that fixed too... Anyway it has been a great bag!
