Plexamp seems to see different tags than the ones I put into my files on Plex - Plex does seem to see correct tag info. I mostly get reminded of this when I download a couple records into plexamp on my phone for offline listening. Is there any way to make plexamp update its view of the entire library, to, ideally, take into account latest tag info? There are also other tags that are just idiosyncratic, they are tags I have never used. Eg one artist getting mostly tagged as another artist the first guy collaborated with a couple times (in that one case I may have folders for albums attributed to each in the artist folder of the other, as well as most of the albums for each in their own 'correct' folder). (Plex is set to use local metadata and it seems to work very well on computers) Appreciate any insight...

We do autopay for our PSE bill, it gets charged to our credit card every month. In June we didn't get charged. I checked the account, there just was no bill. For July we got a double bill which is fair enough I guess. No extra charges related to not paying anything last month. Just a very large bill this month. Did that happen to anyone else?

Oh I also need to investigate this - the combined June/July bill is 5x the payments for June/July last year!

Edit - turns out the last bill we paid was in March - so the April->July bill we just got is 'only' 15% above what our bill was from April-July last year. Last time I compared bills was maybe December and it came out as 20% above the previous year (for same or less usage). They're finding new dimensions to be frustrating in.

Hi - I have been downloading some records from my Plex server recently gearing up for some time offline - I find that at work I almost never get the whole record, maybe just half the tracks, and it takes a while - at home I get the whole record quickly - is that just a reflection of my home internet upload speed? The win10 computer running my server is 12 years old and very creaky but I don't think I can blame this on the computer?

If you have time to kill in Longyearbyen in June can you find someone with a boat to hire to take you somewhere on a day trip? Or are outings strictly regimented and operating only on reservations?
