People that smoke cigarettes right next to the entrance of a public, high-traffic building

The lack of social awareness and/or consideration is wild to me. Bonus points for the people that light one up in the middle of a crowd, too.

“Reesees Peesees”

I don’t think I need to elaborate much. They are pieces of chocolate candy created by Harry Reese’s company. Reese’s Pieces. They are not reesees peesees.

Edit - peanut butter**

When starting a video game with the option of a custom name, do you use your own name?

Or do you make it something different?

I typically use my own name. The only exception is in Zelda games where I use ‘Link’ on the first playthrough, and then ‘my dude’ or ‘tough guy’ or ‘pussy’ or something along those lines afterward.

I assumed everyone just used their own names until it came up with a friend and he says he never uses his name.

So what do you do?

My N64 corner so far!

This is my first post here. I’m putting together an N64 display corner. It’s a work in progress but I’m pretty happy with how it’s coming together so far!

What do you think?😁

Updated retro game corner!

What do you think?

It’s still a work in progress, but it’s starting to come together. 😁

Are you still pretending like the OoT remake is some fairy tale?😳

So many hints have pointed toward the remake happening, and now every single thing Nate has predicted in relation to the remake thus far has come true.

So uhhhhh, yeah. Just curious where you stand now

This one skins my taters.

A person gets arrested for any sort of crime caught on video, and a news station reports that “*insert person’s name* was arrested for allegedly *insert crime*”

The top comment is almost ALWAYS some variation of “allegedly??? Errrrmmmmm we’re literally looking at the proof 🤓”

Then someone will reply explaining the legal reasons for saying “allegedly” before conviction, and then there will be another comment like “dude we’re looking at the proof. It doesn’t matter when it’s literally on video”

What bothers me about this is the arrogance of the random commenters thinking they are smarter than every single news station executive or legal representative that has ever existed.

It does matter. That’s why they say allegedly even when the proof is on video. If it didn’t matter, they wouldn’t say allegedly. I promise that you, random tiktok commenter, are not more knowledgable about this than the news station posting about it😭

I typically see this from Gen-Xers/older millennials in Facebook groups at the beginning of their posts.

I understand the sentiment is basically “I hope this post abides by the rules of posting for the group,” but if that’s the case you could just… read the rules of the group. Then you’d know.😅

It just sounds silly to me. If you broke a rule, the post is getting deleted with or without your blessing.🤣 I just picture the admin being like:

*phew* “Thank god she gave me permission to remove this!”

Again, I get the sentiment and this isn’t any major gripe. It’s just something I notice that sounds goofy.
