New here. Is it worth it to buy this? Is it permanent and can be equipped even if started a new game?

How I improved my speed in

Tamad akong mag post pero I’m just happy about how I’m progressing so I’d like to share how I was able to improve my 5km speed kahit na every weekend lang ako tumatakbo and I’m not that fit.

  1. Panagutan mo pagiging clout chaser mo:

I always told whoever asked na I started running to have movement (bilang hindi nagg-gym) but tbh I started because it looks cool. So nag install ako Strava, bumili me decent running shoes (Evo SL), kung saan saang well-known tracks ako nag run, I took pictures and shit but what I discovered myself liking is that I have been consistently doing all this shit to the point na kahit mamatay matay ako nung una sa pag takbo (I even rest every km or so wtf) I always ran.

  1. Always look ahead on the road:

Bilang tamad, kapag feeling ko, or obviously, yung track is pataas, I don’t run. I just brisk-walk. Reason is you’ll get tired of that shit faster. I always save my energy on straight and flat road. That way, I can last longer and I don’t have to rest before I finish 5km—and resting is not good for me kasi it’s hard to get the momentum back and my legs starts to hurt kapag nag run ulit ako after a 5-15 mins break. (Late ko na to na realize.)

  1. Take your time, and listen to your body:

Yung difference ng first and latest record ko is 10 months. It took me that long to remove that 15 mins. It would be faster if I ran more frequently but I have no regrets. I only ran every weekend because ayun lang free time ko and I run for speed kaya feeling ko I need longer time to rest—which is yung long weekdays—and that’s okay.

Ayun lang. Ciao.

Hi, what does my plant leaves tell me about its health? What should/shouldn’t I do?

I want to buy one that I'll be using for light work, streaming, and light gaming (Hades, Dead Cells, Minecraft, etc.)

Thank you!
