Where to begin

My sister is disabled and needs to go to assisted living. She is of sound mind and can dress, shower and feed herself. Her arms and shoulders are compromised and she walks with a walker but has a history of falls. She still likes to feel independent and can make simple meals for herself. She needs transportation assistance and help with housekeeping. She has zero assets and no savings but her monthly income is almost 5000.00 per month. We just don't know where to begin. Is it even reasonable to think her income will be enough? She will still want to have some money leftover each month for other things.

Eye Cream for bags and Tightening

Do you have any recommendations for products for the eye area that tighten the skin and help make the eye area more refreshed? I used to get a cream at the mall at one of those kiosks. It was very expensive but it really did help. I've tried Peter Thomas Roth and I'm not very impressed. Thanks for any suggestions! Im not looking for a miracle I know a cream can only do so much.

Can't Install App on my Phone

I signed up for the program and now I can't track points because my phone doesn't have enough space for me to install the app. I'm so bummed. I'm on the hook for a year long membership but if I can't use the app it feels like a waste of money. Of course I can wing it and just track on paper but I would rather use the real app. I haven't even been able to get point information on my laptop. I have an account that I can log into but the only thing I see points for are recipes. I've deleted as many programs as possible on my phone to get space for installation. Does anyone else have advice or ideas on this?

Disabled and Owe back Taxes

My sister is a retired RN and severely disabled. She made some serious financial mistakes and now owes the IRS $40,000.00. She's been paying $500 per month but she no longer afford this. I've heard there's a way to get the taxes lowered if fill out a form with a hardship letter and list of expenses. I believe it is IRS form 433-f. She has no assets and lives with family. We're trying to help her figure things out. Do we need a professional help? We really can't afford to hire anyone.
