its 2nd day i have her idk if she eats she always hangs around top since yesterday she rotated 180 degrees 😅. the food i have is more watery then yoghurty or how to say it. how do i know if she eats?

possible 40in?

im 192cm (6’2) 17yr olds and 78kg. rn i have running vertical 35’ (89cm) and standing vertical 74cm. i never really trained legs this whole thing is from running and jumping. im two foot jumper but i want to learn how to dunk from one foot. is ti possible for me to hit atleast close to 40in till september?
