Not saying Bonolenov is weak as most characters don't physically hurt the ants (powerscalers are toxic).

Killua killed Rammot with ease btw

Most people don't understand Emperor Time

Everytime I see a comment about Kurapika's specialist ability Emperor Time it's always a reductive misunderstood comment on how the ability actually works. Also, when people are discussing versus battles that include Kurapika they always bring up Emperor Time making Kurapika somehow physically stronger than he is.

Emperor Time does not make Kurapika use other Nen Categories on the same level as naturals in those same categories. Kurapika can't use Transmutation on the same level as Killua & Hisoka. Kurapika can't use Enhancement on the same level as Gon & Uvogin. Kurapika can't use Emission on the same level as Leorio and Franklin. Yet people think he can just because he said "My specialist ability allows me to utilize 100% on all types of nen" that it means he can create an enhancer ability on the same level as a natural enhancer.

Emperor Time allows Kurapika to use abilities that he couldn't perform under normal circumstances and what I mean by that is some of Kurapika's abilities utilize multiple nen categories like how Judgment Chain uses Conjuration, Emission and Manipulation. Kurapika without Emperor Time has a 40% proficiency in Emission meaning his effectiveness (how strong it is), his efficiency (Him using less aura to use the ability) and accuracy (successfully performing the ability) are all low. Emperor Time allows him to have 100% accuracy at the level proportional to his natural nen category. This means Kurapika can use Level 4 Emission at 100% accuracy and efficiency for his nen category. This goes for every ability. This is why he needs Emperor Time because if he didn't have it he wouldn't be able to even use his own abilities. Holy Chain performs worse without Emperor Time because Kurapika doesn't have the guaranteed efficiency, accuracy and effectiveness.

This is how Emperor Time works. It doesn't suddenly make Kurapika a GOD it only helps him make up for his deficiencies as a conjurer. Now, it does make him stronger than base because he can use Emission, Enhancement, Transmutation, Manipulation and even Specialization at 100% proficiency for his nen category. Now this means Kurapika can use Level 6 Enhancer abilities or atleast enhance his aura at 100% effectiveness and accuracy. This means if Kurapika fought a conjurer or a manipulator and they both just reinforce their bodies with aura Kurapika's output would be superior if he is in Emperor Time.

Another thing about this is people forget how complex and sophisticated nen is despite how everyone claims its the best power system in fiction. Just because Kurapika has the ability to enhance his capabilities doesn't mean he has the endurance nor mastery of nen techniques like Ryu, Ken and KO. What I mean is, Kurapika could utilize these applications of nen but he may not have the stamina as Gon and Killua. Think about why Kurapika uses guns and weapons instead of relying on aura reinforcement? Ken, Ryu and KO use up so much aura and require a ton of training to really master. In a nen battle these advanced applications matter. Everyone gets so caught up in Hatsus while forgetting that nen isn't only about Hatsu. Being able to put most of your aura in a punch while having a little around your body can make a huge difference in a battle. I don't know Kurapika's full capabilities, so I could be wrong, but I am bringing this up to make clear that just having Emperor Time wouldn't suddenly mean Kurapika just dominates in a fight.

Another thing, and this is more about people misunderstanding Nen than Kurapika. A master enhancer can LOSE in a physical battle with a Manipulator because Nen only enhances your current physicals. A manipulator can have amazing physicals and their enhancement proficiency is 60% so they get less than a enhancer but if they were already super strong while the enhancer is weak the enhancer still likely loses. This also applies for defense as well. This means, just because Kurapika can use Level 6 Enhancer abilities at 100% proficiency doesn't mean he overpowers everyone because what decides who is physically stronger is Base Physicals + Aura Enhancement than simply Aura vs Aura.

Kurapika gets stronger in Emperor Time, but he is not unbeatable, he is not broken, he is not stomping everyone and everything. He makes up for his weaknesses and make his kit more viable. Without Emperor Time Kurapika's kit is extremely unviable. This is why what Netero is able to do with his 100-Type Guanyin Bodhisattva is amazing. It uses 3 categories, Enhancement, Emission and Manipulation. Manipulation is the 2nd furthest from Enhancement along with Conjuration while Specialization is the furthest. Realize that Kurapika needs to kill himself every second to do that

Alot of you are not that good

I see players in the chat mad at you for their bad decisions. Alot of you players believe the appearance of participation is better than making the smart play. What I mean by "appearance of participation" you guys want your team to just be involved in a skirmish because you initiated it, but just because you decided you wanted to fight doesn't mean anyone has to join you.

Maybe your team isn't ready to fight, maybe the match up isn't good or you're telling them to put themselves in a vulnerable position just so you can get kills but it's at the cost of nothing.

This is how you guys get players going 0/9/0 because you condition them to feel like they have to fight pointless battles because "My teammate initiated". Like, I saw a roamer dying and I knew I could not save him so I retreated instead of giving enemies 2 kills worth of gold/EXP but the team is like "Why didn't you dive into 5 enemies?" It was the dumbest thing I ever read. No wonder players suck. No wonder there are moments where players die 1 by 1 because players believe if a teammate started a fight they also must engage. No sense of when to retreat, rotate or positioning.

By the way? This is just 1 thing. Players don't know that this game has 3 phases, Early Game, Mid Game and Late Game. They don't even understand each of the lanes nor their responsibilities. For example? Why do you guys expect marksman to join team fights early? Your Marksman farms in their lane ALL Early Game, can rotate if their minion wave is ahead Mid Game but must rotate back to Gold clear and joins the team to fight for objectives and other crucial team fights Late Game. Roam is supposed to assist the marksman/jungle first 2:00, rotate to turtle, return to Marksman, rotate to other lanes Mid Game and help secure objectives Mid/Late Game (No wonder I get MVP playing Roam and win most of my games as a Roamer because I understand Macro)

Deaths are not always bad screw you KDA obsessed people because this is a strategy game and not Call of Duty. It's not a bad thing for a roamer to die for team to secure turtle, destroy a turrent or trade 1 death for 3 kills. Another thing is you're not supposed to go 0/5 Early Game because Early Game is all about development and progression. You need to get items and level up. If you can't win just retreat and FARM. You're not supposed to be so aggressive early. Why? Because Turtle and Mid Game. Mid Game is when the game wants you to start fighting. Early Game is when you focus on progression hence why the incentive to attack turrent for extra gold.

Hey, Mid Lane? Yeah, you guys don't seem to realize you're supposed to assist the side laners early game to develop and get ahead in their lane. Mid Lane is supposed to clear lane, rotate, return back to lane to clear. You're like a 2nd Roamer with a lane early. This is why they put the mid lane in the middle as its closests to the 2 side lanes for you to rotate to.

Hey, Junglers, you guys should know that you're supposed to deny resources and assist the lane you end up going to at the end of your jungle route resources.

Mid, Jungle and Roam assist the side laners early some way, somehow. Many of you who say "I got 2v1'd" in EXP lane like this is a 1v1 game don't realize if a Jungler denied you a kill, denied you the minion wave and assisted their EXP laner in getting gold & EXP THEY DID THEIR JOB. Also, you junglers should take notes on that

How I want tanks to play

Don't focus on the KDA. It isn't about that. It's about the intangibles and IQ. I constantly tried creating space for teammates. When Jungle comes to attack the backline I immediately react or I straight up deny him access to them. I punish enemies entering. I immediately run to save teammates and keep them alive.

I took hits, I ate abilities, I block jungle from trying to take Tempest and give my teammates space to gang up on an enemy preventing enemy jungler from using their skills on them.

This is why a tank is valuable and in many games players are clueless on these intangibles and little things

Most marksman players are bad

They don't know how to properly build sets for damage and end up never actually being a factor. Most people want to play Marksman but don't know the first thing about playing it

I can't play Tank anymore. I can't play Support, I can't play Mid Lane because even if I play well the main issue is the ADC isn't creating any pressure with their DPS because it's poor so the enemy team can push with low risk

But if I play Marksman no one wants to play a tank or build a bulky Fighter that can frontline

Excellent video

He says stuff I said on here but people on here said I was stupid for it because I cared more about strategy than KDA

But this video is what ignites my hunger for the game because the strategy and engagement in it is so fun in theory.

When I played Marksman, I literally would get attacked for being passive but I completely understood what I was doing. I literally focused on farming early game, killing was secondary. My approach is "Secure resources, deny enemy marksman resources"

If I am left alone and I see no enemy on the map I sit in turret and let minions come. I assume enemies are waiting to gank me and if I die it will set me back and I'll lose gold/exp from minion waves. What I want from my teammates is just to come by to help secure resources for me for my development if necessary. Roamers don't know this. They think it's about fighting but it's about making sure I get to my power spike ASAP.

If I see enemy marksman rotate to the 1st turtle and see every enemy player on it I literally attack turrent. I see marksmans go to turtle fights on the EXP side. I was told that I was stupid to not join and put my team in a 4v5 team fight over me just attacking turret and destroying it. It's called trading and trying to have map control.

I mean, I don't listen to the subreddit for advice after reading them tell me because my team is there I'll be safe as a marksman and tried to say my positioning is bad (mind you this is all conjecture) when in reality players suck at peeling and I tend to see no one peep assassins backdooring you or they split up and leave you vulnerable

I was right

Creating mid card titles for the women was one of the dumbest decisions the company has made in the decade.

They don't have enough women for a mid card division and not enough time for everyone especially when PLEs are 5 matches.

I was told years ago to shut up when the Womens United States Championship got introduced.

I knew it wasn't going to work, but I was open to being wrong.

These titles will never make any woman a star. What I personally will like is if WWE just gives women storylines, have them wrestle to establish themselves to the audience and give them promos to also establish their characters. Alot of the women don't actually wrestle and it's the same ones every week. This is why the division is in shambles because they haven't established any credible talent.

Giulia for example wasn't really given anything, so why would anyone care about her? I remember saying I didn't care for Stephanie Vaquer, but it wasn't because I hated her. They just booked her to win the title like that would instantly create a new star but never gave her anything like a character to build a connection with the fans.

Believe it or not, but in Vince's era even in the time women had 2 minutes to wrestle I atleast cared more about Eve Torres and Kelly Kelly than I do a Giulia and Stephanie. They were able to give women more and remember RAW used to be 2 hours.

They didn't need Mid Card titles. What was the point if Stephanie was going to win the WWE Womens World Heavyweight Championship while Giulia won the Womens United States Championship? It would've been better if Giulia feuded with Tiffany Stratton or build up towards a feud with her.

Who is Sol Ruca gonna feud with? Her reign will suck.

Lowkey an excellent draft pick

He's a good defender (I played against him) and has good shot selection

Bro is an impact player. Scored 0 points but had a +19

He was a sleeper because when I played against him he kept disrupting me and I was like "He's new!?"

I'm not asking to win; I'm asking to have fun

I want to have fun simple

So I want Moonton to make changes that would make playing games fun

Why isn't the game designed to incentivize cooperation and teammwork? Hero balancing, etc

I play games to have fun

I think people freaking forgot this

Let me freaking play. You know how crazy it is you'll play with a Miya Roam or deal with snowballing

Fix the map, stop letting jungle get invaded so easily

Add more items

These ppl flexing win rate on a mobile game to disrupt this discourse are the true losers, man

Just because you're good at the game doesn't mean you're the authority on what "fun" is or know what a good game is

People aren't playing to make sure they have a 60% win rate when they have responsibilities in real life. They're on to play and have fun

If they don't have fun
You suckers don't have a game to flex anymore and you'll leave with the people you put down because playing with bots doesn't give the same Dopamine hit

Friend almost at Immortal. Will a duo help or no?

I know I quit and people think I lied when I say my friends also play, but I will only come back to help him reach immortal and then delete the app

My friends literally feel the same way I do and we all teamed up before

Players on the MLBB subreddit and here project heavily, but how is it everyone is saying the same thing but then "You're just mad you're losing"

I kid you not before this game I've never experienced this and my friends never complained this much about a game

u/Halpher — 3 months ago

My friends were suffering last night

Yeah, I quit the game and deleted the app. My friends were in a voice call and I hopped in. They were playing MLBB and they were getting frustrated.

We had our conversation about the game. We talked about the fact we're in a burst META and that tanks are pretty much not what they used to be. One friend said they missed the tank META. We talked about EXP/Fighters in Gold Lane at higher ranks

I was saying the fact MLBB has all of this going on is because the game is poorly designed. I was saying MLBB needs more items and their lack of items makes the game less interesting, engaging and hurts the RTS aspect.

I said the ranked mode is trash because rank doesn't actually reflect skill and that you can't blame players who may not be that good relative to rank for being there because MLBB didn't design the mode to have ranks correspond with skill. Players at the end of the day some of them are just trying their best and being mad at them for what is essentially the game's/company's fault isn't exactly fair to them.

I believe many players are shills for this game and refuse to hold the company accountable for delivering an extremely frustrating gaming experience. They justify alot of bad things from this game and company as if the players are wrong for not "adapting".

Like Leomord able to fight multiple players willy nilly? And players are foreign to the concept of balance. They think you're mad Clint is better than Hanabi early game when that is actually fine and is good for the game

It's just burst heroes should be countered by bulk/tanks. That's literally peeling.

People say support heroes sucks, but that's not accurate. They're just unsupported. They have barely any items for supports. Other MOBAS do but MLBB has like 1 item for them. Players attacking players for playing support is really crazy. You guys deny an entire playstyle and particular team comps because it's not META. Again, MLBB is just trash.

Their game isn't fun and that's what video games are made for

No, quit

I'm quitting. I'm not fooling myself anymore. This game is unhealthy and a waste of your life.

I have lost so many games where we destroy every enemy turret and all our turrets are still up

It happens ALOT. Usually my lane is untouched and has all towers up. I will have pushed the enemy towers. Enemy has almost every tower gone, we get lord multiple times, we have more gold

Then suddenly we lose. Look, I just feel if the opposing team was in my shoes they snowball and win, so why are my teams struggling to finish? It happens so often that when I see team can not finish/push I already know the game will go over 20 minutes and we'll lose eventually

Instead of trying to realize why this happened team throws KDA. Like, bro? We have more kills, more gold, and a headstart in EXP. TF DOES KDA DO!? Your KILLS MEAN NOTHING!

This is why I don't want to play Tank. Don't get me wrong I don't hate playing tank. It's easy for me to play Tank, but people who play DPS can't actually do anything. It's not even a desire to get a Maniac or anything. It's more usually we either lack a frontline to initiate the final push or DPS to push through enemy defenses

If I pick DPS, no one frontlines. If I frontline the DPS is just there.

Marksman realize that you are the most consistent source of damage.
