The fact that Victor can be 0-6 in Lane, take a Walker by himself & have more souls than most people in the match by minute 12 is a serious problem and I'm tired of playing against him. HOW do I counter this strategy?

I'm Oracle III, and this is EVERY MATCH with a Victor. I buy Disarming Hex as it helps from time to time but all he needs is to die, and he'll stun the walker and me.

I keep banning him but I keep getting put against him. Valve pls, please, don't queue me with heroes I ban, there's tens of them in this game... Why must I que against the 1 hero I BAN

I find Halberds one of my most broken weapons as a New Player, how do I deal with them?

I'm running at them with 1 weapon swinging whilst they outpace me walking backwards and still hit me from a mile away, and 1 headshot is good as dead
