The last chapter reminded me of why I love this little munchkin so much 🥺

Not only does Yasÿe not know who is own grandfather is, but once he learns it’s Meliodas, he has the devastated “oh sh**” face.

So, looks like Tristan, Meliodas and probably Elizabeth are all dead in the future.

Let’s hold out hope that Isolde’s alive—but she’s likely dead as well, leaving Yasÿe an orphan like his legend counterpart.

Can we move this along? I’m all out of time cards.

He’s already lost his oldest friend—and now he’s about to find out that his mom is almost dead and his dad wishes that he was dead.

Also, Yasÿe still hasn’t told him that he’s going to die in the future as well!

Suzuki-sama’s agenda of making Meliodas suffer has officially been passed onto Tristan.

I actually have no idea if it’s going to be 3 days or 6 days at this point—but I’m not starting my countdown over again, so let’s just roll with it! ✌️

They’re all back in Liones now, so you’d think it would be inevitable for Tristan to learn what happened to his mom. Poor guy, now we’re just piling on the grief…

Chapter 247: endangers the world to save one girl.

This one is my absolute all-time favorite.

For the longest time, I staunchly held onto the belief that Hanako would haunt the hell out of any guy who treated Nene badly. I even wrote a fanfic about it.

This panel … it’s vindicating. 😌

This whole chapter was a tearjerker, but this moment hit me hard because Tristan was starting the whole thing he did with Percival before about “how dare you give up”. But, when Lancelot asks what he would have done, he can’t answer because he knows he would have done the same for Isolde.

First, he got beaten up by his father. Then, he saw his grandparents for the first time—via their severed heads. Then, he saw his mother all beaten and bloodied. Now, his father is being possessed by an evil entity and they’re all going to have to fight him.

Oh yeah, and his other grandfather is probably going to die soon at his father’s hands.

This poor kid 😭

I frequently call Cath and incompetent villain—but this was actually a great strategy.

Took him a while, but now he finally has one decent plan to his name.
