curious lang if may tumatanggap na clients with no exp or less than a year ang first work, madami kasi nagsasabi na mas mahhire ka if with exp na and siguro once in a blue moon matanggap pag walang exp/fresh grad

or law? hahaha

currently 6 months in my current work. since this is my first work as a fresh grad medyo na culture shock ako na ganto pala sa workforce

even the employees na years na nagwwork here ay always nagrrant about how toxic the management is

im also still contractual so mageend na rin 6 mos contract ko and plan to not renew na

im finding it hard isingit mga interviews ko for other companies though bc kahit half day eh kelangan samin ng medcert haha

there was this one time sumingit ako for online interview during break and nalate ako mag time in after lunch (which is ginagawan agad ng warning ng admin) kahit 1 minute late samin ay walang grace period

also adding the fact na need ko pa rin daw magrender even if mageend na contract ko max ay 30 days and according to other employees na nagbabalak mag resign, merong employee na nareject ang resignation at sinabihan na pagisipan daw muna nya at yung isang employee naman daw ay pinunit yung resignation letter nya

edit: currently nasa tourism / aviation industry pero mejo malabo ngayon dahil sa jetfuel prices going up

im id 121 & just curious how much benildeans get paid after grad

came from la salle and grumaduate ako with no exp except for my 2 internships (for free)

i accepted the offer sa prev company ko before which was 20k and for me ok na yon since im a fresh grad with no exp and isnt 20k the basic starting salary for fresh grads nowadays?

but dami ko nababasa kasi here sa reddit na their asking is like 30k+ just bc they came from a known school even though probably wala rin silang experience

did i really lowball myself 😔

nagaapply na kasi ako ngayon to diff companies and this interview just told me bat daw ako nagsettle sa ganon… and now my asking is around 25k if ever but napaisip ako if i should ask for higher

di ko na talaga masikmura yung mga red flags sa company namin so i decided to leave

bg about me i just graduated last oct then got hired nov i wanted naman this job talaga sa start but as time goes by i realize d ko sya talaga gusto in the long run

also my contract is 6 months lang pero need pa rin daw rendering, d pa ko nakakapagpasa ng notice eh nachismis na ni hr sa mga colleagues which is ang unprofessional lang.

marami nagsasabi na if ever i apply to another company in the future im not exactly sure if hindi magiging toxic yung company na yun bc u wont know naman talaga unless andun ka na, but rn im choosing where to apply

tinatry ko rn sa mga big companies if ever mabless ni lord hahaha kung toxic man at least mabango sa resume 😆 or target ko sana kahit small mga intl companies

hi im 23(f), recently graduated nung october then by november i was hired na sa first job ko. actually nung time na grumaduate rin ako pinagiisipan ko if magpahinga muna pero mas nangibabaw si anxiety at sa awa ng diyos nahire agad sya hahaha.

though now 6 months in na ko plan ko hindi irenew yung probational contract ko kasi natotoxican na rin ako sa company and madami na rin talaga nagresign at may mga magreresign pa haha and honestly gusto ko lang din talaga mag explore ng opportunities sa ibang industry or line of work.

may mga interviews na rin ako nakukuha rn before matapos last day ko pero inooverthink ko ngayon if magmamadali ba ulit ako agad maghanap or take my time muna to look for a good company na feel ko magiging worth it magwork for a long time kasi baka magsettle ako for less at ending baka 6 months ulit ako don hahaha.
