How much are immunotherapy tablets a year for dust mites + grass?
In Australia. Plus, do they work well for nasal congestion?

Does anyone know where I can get tested for UARS in a sleep study in NSW if possible?
I'm near Newcastle.
I found out from a blood test I have HIGH allergies to dust mites and grass pollen. Now not sure what to do, who to see. I'm in NSW Aus, so not sure if I can just see a regular doctor to get tablets and whether you take them daily.
Also as the titles asks. Curious on that plz if anyone knows.

Are these good enough or can BIPAP help this or ASV?
Feel free to share a photo of yourself, but cover your eyes/ identity if you like.
I'm extremely curious on how much expansion everyone who had these congestion/ allergy problems etc needed to alleviate nasal congestion/ resistance.
I use CPAP at the moment, and its not bad sleep, but looking at my OSCAR data, I can see some flattened tops.
My fixed pressure is 13.6 with EPR on 3. I get 3-4 hours sleep usually or 4-7 if I did a tonne of exercise that day.
Sleep on 13.6 was way better than 14cm of pressure. (kept waking up constantly on 14).
Would using BIPAP and dropping the EPAP to say 7 for e.g help? So 13.6 IPAP 7.6 EPAP for e.g be better off?

13.6 was a better nights sleep than the 14 pressure - so I believe after trialing for a long time the 13.6 was good. But I have a feeling I need a much lower exhale pressure?
As the title asks..
And if not, did it at least help make CPAP/ BIPAP easier? And wouldn't it make nasal pillows a bit more user friendly?
And if not cured yet, Are you going MMA?
As the title asks. Also, did you all try 'allergies' etc for nasal congestion?
Anyone had nocturnal nasal congestion and expansion helped 'treat' it?
Did this also help your sleep disordered breathing?

Tell me, do you have nocturnal nasal congestion? Do you have nasal resistance? I have a strong belief our noses are the culprit to our SDB. Your mouth is open at night for a reason, your nasal passages are congested and restricted. Discuss.
13.6 fixed pressure ff evora. Subject to change perhaps but this is getting me my best nights yet.
I was starting from the ground up in fixing my UARS. Am I wasting my time with allergies and other stuff?
Is expansion a really good solution to NOCTURNAL NASAL CONGESTION?
Everytime I go to lay down for bed I get nasal congestion. Daytime breathing is clear and fine.
Anyone had this problem and found a solution from expansion? Or other?
