Refreshing does not help. If you close, your feed refreshes and the post is gone. This happens the most often when I want to report "false information". Most often on a chromebook.

I reported this, but Facebook is just a bunch of lazy idiots, led by a lazy idiot.

Facebook not updating edited comments. One of the most popular software in the word so shitty. Shame on Facebook.

Before it was good. It is good at any social media and commenting service. But on Facebook somebody just screwed it a few days ago. When you edit a comment and send it, and it returns, it does not show the updated version, but the old version. I emphasize this was good before. Somebody intentionally screwed it.

I really do not understand, how can a so popular social media afford it to be so shitty. How comes that the developers get away with this shit. How comes that a manager does not care. Like "I am working at Facebook, I am so ashamed of it".

chatgpt just crashes and does not respond

or more preciselly it does not even take my question, stuck in sending.
I am using only the free 5.3. I noticed if a chat is too long, chatgpt would just not send my next question. I would understand if there is a restriction on the length of the chat, or tokens for free version, if it is implemented in a clean way. It needed to give me a warning. Preferably before I write something long, and/or the possibility to copy my question. And behave clearly about not responding. Because the way it does now seems just like it crashed, or there is a network problem, or so. I am waiting, expecting some answer, which never comes. This is really very low quality.

Why do AIs not monetize by ads?

Most popular other services on the internet are free and they make revenue with ads. Like social media, search engines, streaming, ...

Why did they not do that with AI? I would hate to pay something I am not even sure how useful it is. I do not mind silly ads, I just do not click on them.

One of the task an LLM based AI with internet access should be if I am searching for an article, and I know the content, but do not know the title, or specific keywords. If I know the title, or really characteristic keywords, I can use a search engine. But if I do not know, I do not know what to search for. In many cases I tried a lot of possible keywords, but could not find the article.

Now,I would expect that the LLM based AI could list up several combination of synonyms and launch a lot of searches, and decide, which result is really relevant, and which not.

But it happened several times that chatgpt claimed with big confidence, in a confident style that my article did not exist. I asked repeatedly, it claimed it did not exist. I even named 2 news portals which could be the source of the article. I read often these 2 news portals, but I did not remember which one it was.

In the end I have to go to the search engine and try out several keywords, till I found my article.

chatgpt was useless, even misleading. The style it is talking down to the user is really irritating, especially given that it is chatpt that is plain dumb.

this is chatgpt 5.3
