I tried downloading it, it went to 99%, then went to 9% out of nowhere. then to 5% and now it's been stuck at 4%. this happened even yesterday. I had to clear the cache via Cmd. wth is wrong with this?

I'll keep it as short as possible.
started treatment in Aug 2025. It's been 9 months and results aren't much. I went to doctor 4 times. this is what he have at each visit.
( note : every topical is 1 ml at a time, bottles are 60ml so 1ml from 1 bottle a day means they use to last 60 days. and my appointments were mostly after 60 days as course ends there )
1st appointment ( Aug 2025 ) : topical 0.1% fin + 10% minoxidil solution in morning
5% minoxidil topical solution at night
1mg fin tablet daily.

2nd appointment ( Oct 2025 ) : 10% min gel ( 1ml ) Twice a day for 1 month. ( here he told me to shave my head 6 times in first month )
Then Topical 5% minoxidil + 0.1 Fin solution for 2nd moth twice a day.
1 mg Finestaride tablet daily.

3nd appointment ( Dec 2025 ) : Topical 5% min + 0.1% fin solution in morning ( 1ml )
5% minoxidil solution at night.
1mg Fin tablet daily.

4th appointment this was a 3 month course : he gave me a 120ml 5% min + 0.1% fin solution bottle and a 5% minoxidil solution and 20 Dutesteride tablets.
5% min + 0.1% fin in morning and 5% min at night along with 1 dut tablet every other day. this lasted for 2 month.
for 3nd month he told me to use the solution from 120 ml 5% min and 0.1% fin bottle twice a day. as 60 ml was still left. so 1 ml in morning and 1ml at night.

I am not satisfied with the growth at all. The Doc barely gives me 1 min to meet. checks my scalp and gives me medications. doesn't even listen to me. he says he knows what he is doing. it feels like a factory as he sees 1000s of people a day. I felt like I never received a good treatment. why the Fuk he gave me dut out of nowhere???????

So I was wondering if india have a deep state too. When it comes to power dynamics of USA, very often we hear about deep state, Blackrck, Rthschild and JP Mor*an type organizations.
Majority of the people believe this is where the actual power in USA resides, while some believe that the Politicians are the top of the power pyramid, and have full power to shut down any organization in USA.
I was having a chat with my friends, some Said the most powerful in india are definitely the capitalists, ambnis and adni. while some said that nothing can over power the actual power, the Government, as they have power to shut down anything they want, legally.
so what's your take here? what do u guys think where the actual power is?

So I come from a poor family, and my parents are very religious and superstitious. I often find my dad Complaining how Monday and Thursday are unlucky for him, how getting too excited or talking too much about something ruins it and bring evil eye. my mom believes eating non veg on certain days brings bad luck, etc.
Me, I am the most logical guy in my family. I try to find logic in everything. I actually belive that luck can be minimized and eliminated. I even explained my dad why Mondays are unlucky for him. cuz his job revolves around government employees, and most government employees act the laziest on Mondays so his work stalls.
But, environment affects, subconsciously u absorb your environment. I realized how slowly slowly I became same like me family. when ever something good bad happened, subconsciously I tried finding baseless nonsense reasons. like I was wearing specific shirt, it was a Tuesday blah blah. And after some time. now I am realizing how the environment is slowly changing me.
Environment, the people, thier words and behavior heavily influence your own mindset.
improve your environment, if u can't, atlest stay away form negative environment.
