My skin is my biggest insecurity - the texture, pores, scars. I've saved enough to begin microneedling but I'm just worried that at a darker skin tone (fitzgerald V) I might get PIH or worse. Has anyone had any success? Or even warnings/cautions would be good.

Hi! I'm moving to the bay soon and my skin is REALLLYY bad. I'm hoping to consult with a derm and get some microneedling done, but not sure where to go, esp since I have melanated skin. Also ideally someone who doesn't charge over $800 per session. Any recs? Thanks in advance 😄
