• Do fantasy or fictional worlds of an idealized version of myself count?

Yes, they do.

• Do I arrive with memories of my current reality ?

It depends on whether you want to or not.

• (If applicable) Can I gain powers/abilities from that world?

Yes, if you want to.

• Do I keep my current body, age, illnesses, disabilities, etc.?

It depends on whether you want to or not. You can add changes to your body.

• Can I leave behind messages or closure?

You can either either: (1) say one final goodbye to your loved ones in any way, (2) disappear suddenly, or (3) remove your existence as if you were never born in the current reality.

• (If applicable) Can I bring other people that I want?

Not directly. You cannot bring other people in your preferred world per se, but you can imagine them into existence with no memories of the current reality.

• Am I supposed to decide now? Or can I decide in the future?

You can decide anytime you want. But once you press the button, you're stuck in your preferred world permanently.

To the subreddit moderators of r/TankieTheDeprogram,

I will admit that I actually struggled writing this letter because I do not know where to start in thanking all of you. But I knew I had to do so anyway since its about time someone gave you all credit in taking care of this subreddit. As a former subreddit moderator from my deleted account, I know moderating a subreddit is harder than it looks. You all have to check every comment and post to make sure this subreddit stays functional. It does not help that you all have to balance what the users want to say and Reddit TOS. While the members in this subreddit have every right to get angry towards capitalism and liberals, I can understand that you all do not want this subreddit to get banned/quarantined. This is considering the fact that Reddit is always itching for an excuse to ban far-left users and subreddits. But for what it's worth, I think you all have been doing a good job managing this subreddit. You all may not be perfect, but at the very least, I can see you're all making an effort as moderators. And specifically speaking, I want to credit the subreddit moderation team for the following:

1. Doing their best in countering the attempts of liberals/trolls/ACP in taking over this subreddit
2. Facing aggressive comments and messages from liberals/trolls despite it possibly affecting your mental health.
3. Having the patience in managing this subreddit despite what happened to r/GenZedong and r/TheDeprogram.

With that said though, I do have some suggestions/advice for the subreddit mod team:

1. Speaking as a former subreddit moderator, try to lock comment threads if an argument is escalating. A subreddit in-fighting is the last thing you all want to happen.
2. Should a major issue arise which affects the subreddit, please do not attempt to solve this on your own. Whatever it is, please do your best to be transparent on important matters. I think I can speak for all the subreddit members in saying that we'll help the mod team in any major challenges that this subreddit might face.
3. Most importantly: Do not attempt to moderate this subreddit if any of you think your mental health can no longer handle what's going on. Please try to help each other in managing subreddit. And at the same time, I can understand if any of the subreddit moderators step down considering how brutal Reddit can be.

I am not expecting this post to get upvoted that much. But since no one (as far as I'm aware) has decided to thank the subreddit mod team, then I will. I know you will all do your best to do the right thing.
