We're currently living in a 2BR apartment in downtown Bethesda in a nice apartment rent 4k+. I'm interviewing for a job in Ballston that I may take with a large salary increase. I'm looking at neighborhoods, schools, and general vibe and both seem pretty comparable in price and vibe (urban walkable center with metro surrounded by more dense suburbs, great schools). Anybody make this move and can weigh in on any surprises or tips? Think I can commute from Bethesda to Ballston daily over the Chain Bridge?

So basically it requires distribution by 72, can elect lump sum, over 2 to 15 years, or a partial lump sum plus rest over 2 to 15 years. I have to choose the method when I leave my job, and I also have the ability to change the election one time in the future. From reading online, this seems pretty fantastic in terms of flexibility. I know non-governmental 457s are not as good as governmental, but given my job is with a nationwide multi hospital system it seems as secure as can be.

Any info on layout, what to expect, etc? Going to tonight's cri show.

Looking for some recent reviews. I see they're a pretty regular thing. I'm hosting a mixed friends group of international Latinos and local gringos so I figured this event would be a hit for both. My local friend group likes pretty mainstream house and tech house music. How's the vibe? Dancing? Is it edm mixed with latin beats/songs or is it just random shuffle of edm song then reggaeton song then back to EDM song etc
