Hello, can anyone help me find the right app?

We're looking for a productivity app on android and preferably usable on pc or in the browser too.

We would like to work in the same to-do lists, make list of things we like together or would want to do and see together, but also to get more productive in our lives.
It would help me organise and help my partner with seeing and noticing things she could do (like watering plants, making appointments, buying gifts, doing chores).

We would like a sort of Kanban app with the option of extra lists for things listed above.

When I push L3 (on console) my survivor senses won't highlight any loot. Is that normal on this mode?
Can I turn it on or off somewhere?
Can't really find clear answer. On the site where I bought it it says it has a F1977 filter.
Some websites say it has a HEPA and some websites say it has a whole-machine advanced filtration system.
Is the European version different than the American version?
I checked gas, oil and if the sparkplug still works.
It's not working on low or high 'speed'.
