Need help about receiving and saving USD through SWIFT Code (or equivalent)

Dari awal tahun ini thank God ada dapat kerja di studio di EU. Per kontrak di bayar dengan usd. I'm very grateful with this job, uangnya udh mayan to the point i can help out my fam with some of our bill. In addition, kalau memang semua lancar, ada kemungkinan akan dapat some side hustle, all in usd.
Now the issue is, i receive the payment via SWIFT Code, tf langsung ke BCA. Karena itu, payment ku langsung di konversi jadi idr (and ada biaya admin juga yang mayan banyak. Kuhitung2 bisa lumayan buat nasgor porsi beberapa hari XD). Im looking for a way to receive and keep these money in usd, esp in the current state of idr. I know that it's not krisis moneter level but I just wanna be sure. Trying to save to finally can move out safely from my family while also still help my family out somehow.
Opsi yang kupaham ada menggunakan paypal. Tapi aku ada teman satu kerja yang nyaranin aku untuk jangan pake paypal. Not only biaya adminnya lumayan besar (according to my friend, never try it myself actually), sering ada banyak kasus kalau ada apa2 semua uang akan di sita paypal dan ngurusnya ribet, legal stuff US.
Di saranin pake Wise, tapi pas aku cek ternyata Wise ndak bisa international transaction di Indo
Anyone have some advice or recommendation? I am desperately trying to get my financial better. Much appreciate in advance.
