When you work at a gun store and people tell you, “ya I’m sure it’s not loaded”

Also today I had three separate people called me or came in for ‘cannon fuses’

Anyone know anything about these cartridge belts?

I got these from a yard sale box.they appear to be military with the stencil numbers on the back. But I’m not sure.

I work at a gun store and someone brought this in to sell.

Can anyone tell me anything about it? He said it has been in the family since the war, and he did bring in the original Swazi grips as well. He said his grandfather changed them out.

Hotter then a 2 dollar pistol

My first two WC’s; wasn’t sure what to expect but they are more impressive than I anticipated.

I’m a recent FFL03/COE, how are you guys dating guns when you’re out buying curio and relics?

As I mentioned, I’m new to a FFL03. When I’m out at a gun show or shipping consignment and looking at buying some curio and relics, what’s the best way to positively date the gun? I’ve used a colt book that’s just like looking up baseball cards, so I’m sure I could just google some serial numbers of some more popular brands like that; but for odd/rare stuff or even stuff without serial numbers, what is your guys go to way or tips and tricks for getting a good age on stuff you’re not familiar with?
