Love 🤍

Decided to go basic and short after having long square nails for so long, and I absolutely love my short almond nails! This is also my first time trying French tips. What do y’all think? 🤍

3 year weight loss journey (33)

3 years ago, I was depressed, unhappy in my relationship, and feeling lost and confused. I turned to food for comfort and ended up eating my feelings.
I decided I wanted to change my life for the better. I committed to a health journey by working out 3 to 4 times a week, doing lots of cardio and weightlifting, cleaning up my diet, cutting out sugar and highly processed foods, and making healthier choices overall.
Today, I've lost almost 40 pounds I'm proud of how far I've come. Choosing myself changed my life 😄

Edit: Please don’t private message me. I will not respond to you.

Edit: Thank you for the kind comments I truly appreciate them. As for my lip fillers and Botox, everyone is entitled to their own opinion, and you're absolutely free to share yours. At the end of the day, though, it's my money, my body, and my choice.
I didn't do this for anyone else I did it for myself. I don't feel the need to justify why I chose to get fillers, but the simple reason is that they helped me feel more confident in my own skin. I'm happy with my decision, and I don't regret it at all. ❤️

Unfortunate news :(

Hello everyone, this is my cat Felix. I love him very much. He’s three years old. I adopted him from an older neighbour who couldn’t really take care of him at the time, so he gave him up for adoption, and I decided to take him in.
At the time I adopted him, I didn’t know much about cats. I especially didn’t know anything about Scottish Folds because I was always more of a dog person, and I used to think all cats were basically the same. But after living with Felix and learning more about Scottish Folds and their joint issues, I unfortunately found out that he has arthritis at only three years old.
I’m really just looking for some reassurance and advice. I don’t want to hear “you should have known this before getting a Scottish Fold,” because as I said, I adopted him from a neighbour I wasn’t going to leave him without a home. I’ve grown very attached to him.. he’s my baby.
Right now, I’m bringing him to the vet regularly for his Solensia injections each month. I’m also switching him to a weight management diet, giving him omega-3 supplements, and doing everything I can to help him live the most comfortable life possible.
If anyone has tips, tricks, or experience caring for cats with arthritis, I’d really appreciate it. Thank you so much from one very happy cat owner to another.

3 yeas of diet and workout!

Today I can finally say I’ve reached my weight goal after three years! When I started, I weighed 168 pounds, and today I weigh 130 pounds!!!!. I’m so proud of myself. I started with light cardio, a good meal plan, and drinking lots of water. Once I felt comfortable, I began running three times a week, and recently I started incorporating heavy weights into my workouts. I’m so happy with my progress. It took a while, but I did it! Just wanted to share because I’m really proud of myself 🥲☺️

At peace :)

This is my very first condo after leaving my ex and moving out after 10 years together. For the first time in my life, I truly feel independent and completely like myself. Even though my place is small, it feels like home to me. I also got myself a cat whom I love dearly, and he’s made this new chapter even more special.
