Two runes

Two runes

Hi! For my alternative Nordic game world I created a magic order, magic runes. In the picture there is a heavy cauldron, enhanced with magic runes. They express "kenaz" (fire, furnace, Blacksmithing) + "Uruz" (brute force, resistance). These runes are supposed to ensure that the cauldron is not damaged by heat (lava usually has a temperature of 1000-1200 and theoretically I can have a material with a resistance of 3000 degrees Celsius) and also to keep its temperature in the range of 1000-1200. For me, a pretty good way to incorporate some rune magic into the game, what do you think? PS: The purpose of the lava is for the second round, I won't bother with that now :)

After releasing DEMO I plan workfaster and even more intense to finish full verson in Q3 2027. I am active on ITCH where I post all previos version for years. My last Steam next fest missing

Hello! My last "not participating in the steam next fest" is coming 😄 . Yesterday I uploaded the latest version (2.7.1) to Itch.io, which is probably the last one that is only on itch.io. The steam next fest is starting and I hope to avoid not uploading a demo to the site for the last time. The next update will be my "key" one. How to prepare for it? What would you recommend? Maybe download and play a few similar games, evaluate what the sites have, etc. I currently have 70 wishlists without a demo. I collected about 35 in the first month. The rest (about 5 and a half months) I got another 35 😄 That's not much. But I haven't uploaded any demos and I'm just waiting for the fest. Until then, I have to prepare the last update. I don't know what I'll be able to do, but I'll probably never be satisfied, so I'll probably really try. In addition, I set a goal to release a full game with 13 levels in the fall of 2027 (the demo is 3 full levels long + the beginning of 4). which is not too far away. I'm a little scared about how I'll manage it, but stress will probably help me speed up 😄 What would you recommend, besides working hard, working hard? 😄

Week work, new feature Hero stats

A week of hard work on the UI has finally paid off!

I'm sharing the completely revamped Hero Stats screen! Most of the logic is now working behind the scenes. I unified the empty equipment slots to match the main design, fixed the text readability, and balanced the overall layout.

I can finally close this UI chapter and move on to the next topic in next week!

What do you guys think of the new visual layout? Let me know!
