Looking for TO Skincare Advice/Critique

I’d love some feedback on my current skincare routine. I’m 33M, and my primary concern is preventing/reducing early signs of aging. I also spend quite a bit of time in the sun, although I’m diligent about sunscreen and other sun protection.

AM:
Glucoside Cleanser
Milky Toner
Argireline
Multi-Peptide + Copper
Natural Moisturizing Factors + HA
Sunscreen

PM:
Glucoside Cleanser
Glycolic Acid Toner
Niacinamide
Natural Moisturizing Factors + HA
Rosehip Oil

What would you change, add, or remove? Is there anything I’m missing, particularly when it comes to anti-aging and sun-related skin damage?

Would also love to hear from anyone who has a similar routine or has seen good results from specific products/ingredients. Any advice or critique is appreciated!

Is It Worth Canceling & Rebooking Turkish Airlines Award Tickets to Save 16k United Miles?

Last week, I booked two Turkish Airlines business class award tickets from Istanbul to Seattle using United MileagePlus miles. I paid 88k miles per person (176k total), which I thought was a great deal.

Today, I checked the award calendar again and noticed the same flights are now pricing at 80k miles per person, likely because I have a United credit card.

I called United to see if they could refund the 16k-mile difference, but they said they couldn’t since the tickets have already been issued. They also said that the card holder discount doesn’t apply to partner flights which isn’t true because I’ve seen full segments operated by Turkish and TAP, for example, have the 9% discount.

I’m considering canceling and rebooking, but I’m worried the Turkish award space won’t go back into United’s MileagePlus inventory and I’ll end up with no tickets at all.

Am I being too greedy over 16k miles, or is it worth the risk?

Has anyone successfully canceled and immediately rebooked Turkish Airlines partner award tickets through United? Any data points on whether the award space is typically re-released?

Apartment sent $700 Insufficient Notice to Vacate charge to collections nearly two years later despite written documentation. What should I do?

I signed a one-year lease for an apartment in New Mexico that ran through September 4, 2024. According to the lease, I had to provide at least 60 days’ notice if I did not intend to renew.
On June 28, 2024, a few days before that 60-day window, I emailed the apartment complex asking when I would receive my renewal offer because my decision to stay would depend on the new rent and lease terms. They did not respond until July 6, when they finally sent the renewal terms. After reviewing them, I decided not to renew and submitted my notice to vacate on July 11.

I realize that July 11 was technically outside the 60-day notice requirement, but I had already contacted them before the deadline asking for the renewal information that I needed to make a decision. It seemed reasonable to wait for their response before deciding.

After we moved out, the apartment complex mentioned that we owed an insufficient notice fee. I emailed them on September 7 and followed up again on September 16, September 26, April 23, 2025, and again after receiving a collections letter in May 2026. I have copies of all of these emails, including my original June 2024 email asking for the renewal terms.

In May 2026, I received a letter from National Credit Systems stating that I owe more than $700 for insufficient notice. I submitted all of my documentation to them, but they responded that the information was not sufficient and said they would report the debt to the credit bureaus if it remains unpaid.

Does it make sense to continue disputing this? Should I send another dispute directly to the apartment complex, request additional validation from the collection agency, or consider small claims court? Any advice would be appreciated.

Shaded, dog friendly trails?

I live in one of the newer apartment complexes in Folsom, and as the weather warms up, I can’t take my dog on the neighborhood trails because the pavement gets too hot.

I know there are parks with grassy areas, but I’m specifically looking for trails in Folsom or El Dorado Hills that are mostly shaded and dog-friendly. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Why Is My Ioniq 5 Only Charging at 97kW on a Tesla Supercharger?

Just got an Ioniq and I’m confused about charging speeds. I bought an adapter on Amazon so I could use Tesla Superchargers with my 2024 Hyundai Ioniq 5, but I’m only getting around 97kW charging speeds instead of anywhere near the advertised 350kW.
Is this likely because of the Amazon adapter,
the Supercharger itself, or the car?

For context, I live in Northern California and it’s about <$90 USD to fill up my B5 2023 XC40. I love the car but the cost of premium gas because of Trump’s idiotic war, coupled with long distance driving is making me think of switching to an EV. I drive to San Francisco about once a week and it costs me nearly a full tank round trip so I’m filling up about twice a week for that trip and random errands around town. I rent an apartment so would have to rely on random chargers and Tesla Superchargers if I did switch so not as convenient as owning an ICE vehicle.
