I requested to return an item, and emailed the prepaid label to myself. Before I could print the label, I was notified that I had received a refund and the return case had been closed. I wasn't able to access the return label anymore, and there is now no option to return the item. When I explained this to the seller, he sent me his address and expects me to get my own label and send the item back outside of ebay. I thought we weren't supposed to conduct ebay business privately outside of ebay. What should I do?
