Walgreens closes pharmacy

The Walgreens at Andy Devine and Stockton Hill no longer has an operational pharmacy. I've been going there since it opened, but service has really deteriorated the last few years. Now, if you try to order a refill online, it tells you to choose another location. If you NEED your prescriptions, you probably should move them to another pharmacy ASAP. It says the closure it temporary, but with the trouble that store has had keeping pharmacists, who knows....

Got a great deal on this gorgeous 1935 Beretta

It's actually nicer than the photo shows. It's been carried and fired, but not very much. It's so pretty I may have to find a way to show it off!

Just joined the group, so here's a pic of my first Kimber

I got this .45 through Kimber back in the late '90s. It went through about 100 pistol matches and was carried for around 17 years.

Originally, it had mostly Wilson parts. The only Kimber parts were the frame and slide.

When it was about 12 years old, I had it refinished. It's more or less retired in favor of a smaller, lighter Kimber that is a bit more concealable.

I couldn't pass up a Zorro

I saw one of these months before it was available. After checking every week to see if they were out yet, I finally got one. I ordered a skeleton buckle so I can actually wear the pistol.

Mice at home on the range

I took a bunch of unfired mouse guns to the range and reduced their collector value. It felt so good....

I couldn't help it....

Matches the cow that was in my front yard this morning.

The American version of the Baby Browning

The finish isn't as nice as on a Baby Browning, but this Bauer hasn't had a hiccup yet.

I don't think they were ever very popular, but I like this one as a shooter and an oddity.

Such a nice little shooter....

This 1908 Vest Pocket Colt is one of my favorite plinkers. It feeds flawlessly and is surprisingly accurate. And, yes, I carry it from time to time.

Don't see many Mustangs these days

Is the Colt Mustang the first mini-1911 or did another company beat them to it?

The temptation was too much....

Both of these Baby Brownings were unfired when I got them. I couldn't help it. I've shot and carried them both. So much for collector value!

One from my Beretta stash

This 950 B in .22 short was another pawn shop find. There was a short-barrel 950B in .22 short alongside it. I went back an hour later to get it too, but it was gone.

Picked up this AMT Backup last week.

Somebody carried this old AMT Backup (.380 ACP) a lot. It's pretty well worn, but I haven't seen one in years and the pawn shop price was too good to pass up.

Got a sub appropriate gun today.

Just found this reddit today.

I also picked up this Kahr P380 today.

It was dry as a bone inside. It's all greased up and ready for an Arizona summer now. Can't wait to get it to the range.
