finally, my 2nd hand weber summit kamado

finally, my 2nd hand weber summit kamado

Really pleased with my FB find at 250€ (I'm in Europe).

Couple of dents and front wheel missing but I've already soldered a new bigger one (will also replace the back ones to level it and because I don't like them, too small to trolley it around easily on grass and gravel ... forgot to take a pic).

After a deep clean that took almost a day, I've cooked fish, steak and entrana. Really happy with it, such a nice upgrade from the kettle. Haven't tried smoking yet.

I've been eyeing one since the original came out but couldn't justify the full price.

stainless steel griddle (Europe)

Recently got this stainless steel 3 burners griddle. It's a German brand. Pretty cheap at 400€.

Very happy with it. Have cooked everything from fish, steak, smashed burgers, vegetables, eggs, ...

Stock gas pressure regulator didn't allow me to get above 200C. Replaced it with a variable one and now I can basically cremate a whole hog if needed 😂

An attempt at paella de marisco (repost)

Sorry reposting this after a week, as I attached the image wrong and wasn't visible in the preview.

This is a paella I did some time ago, but I just found this subreddit! Socarrat still needed some tuning but overall it wasn't bad.

Another sunday paella

Had a lot of chicken and rabbit that I didn't want to waste, hence it's a bit crowded ... sorry to the Spanish friends.
Valencia style: 50cm paella with around 350g of bomba rice. Socarrat was well developed this time.
