I spent $20 on this glue & I can not for the life of me get it to work. Let me preface this by saying I am a woman & installing a lacefront, but everything I am learning about long-term wear has been from men ! I simply cannot do the thing where you put it on & take it off at the end of the day. I need to go to bed & wake up in my hair. I have been using Ebin sprays for daily wear in the past & this Ghostbond XL is a new beast. I started by dotting it along my hairline & let it dry until it's clear, add another layer, let it dry clear, then another & I let the last one dry longer. It's still SUPER sticky after using a melting band for 20 minutes & the hair just gets stuck all over my forehead. I see a lot of you let it dry for 5 minutes in between layers, so I tried that, let the last layer dry for 10 minutes & it STILL is just a sticky fricken mess in the end. What am I doing wrong ?! Can I let it dry longer in between layers ? I don't know what I am doing wrong at this point. Does Ghostbond ever fully "dry" or does it remain tacky the entire time ?

I swear my wig never lasts more than 2 days 🤦 especially the ear tabs. I'm constantly re-glueing them & it always just becomes a mess. It's \*probably\* the glue I'm using (ebin, yellow can). Which glue do I use for a longer install ? And any tips for the ear tabs ?

I've been eyeing Hairvivi wigs, but how long do they really last ? Is there anything in my price range that will last me 1-2 years with regular wear ?

I need some recommendations, because I've only ever bought synthetic ! I did an install for a week straight when I went to camp with my Sensationell ....& I cried when I came home & had to take it off. I felt hideous. My husband felt bad for me & wants to treat me to something better that I can wear almost every day & feel like my real hair.

I've lost 40 lbs from a low calorie diet & never tracked my macros. Now, I'm working on body recomp, I've been doing strength training 4x a week in the gym, plus power walking/running at least a mile on those days. So of course, I changed my diet to match since I need to build all the muscle I'm working on right ? Ever since I started, I feel gassy & bloated 90% of the time. Meals HURT to eat. I feel like I'm force feeding myself & the meals aren't even that big...they're just super high in protein/carbs/both. I'm 5'3 & have been maintaining 125 lbs on 1400 calories a day with 160g of carbs & 115 g of protein daily. I've definitely stopped losing & I feel so much stronger & even can see some very slight gains.

But I'm just so tired of my stomach hurting 247. Tonight I had a large amount of carbs & protein & I'm currently DYING in the bath tub with severe stomach pain. I can't do it anymore. I just want to go back to easy light meals. I can't go on like this.
