I have read about signing some privacy consent papers but i don’t believe i have ever signed any. Basically i just started a new job and the provider wants me to go to full time hours and they went behind my back and contact my employer who then told me about them contacting them. He never mentioned he was going to contact them and i am kind of pissed. I sent him an email direct to him complaining and cc the provider and he isn’t assigned to me no longer. It is interesting that this happened and i wonder if he got told off

I picked up a job that my work provider found me that they knew was part time. I attend tafe twice a month and currently only do 15 hours a week but my job provider forcing me to find another job on top of it to reach full time activity hours. I know the goal is to reach full time work but i feel like picking another job will interfere too much with me picking up any shifts at my current job up and also with my tafe days. What can i possibly do?

I was on job seeker for one year and i got put on to see a job provider which found me an apprenticeship in support work. I am not studying but not full time as i go into tafe twice a month for a year and my hours are only 15 hours a week. My hours can vary based on shifts available. Some weeks i might get more. Every fortnight i still have to do my reporting and might get paid depending on how much i earnt during the period.

The issue i am facing now is my job provider is now threatening to cancel my payment if i don’t reach 30 hours consistently unless i find another job or they find me a second job on top of what i am currently doing.

I really enjoy my job and have been doing it for only two months and i would hate to leave. It would have been a waste of my time and i wouldn’t complete my cert 3 in individual support. Finding a second job won’t really work as It will clash a lot with my current role and if anything i would maybe get one day free which still won’t be worth it.

Anyway i have an appointment tomorrow to discuss my options.
